This Prospectus relates to a proposed initial public offering of a minimum of 50,000,000 Shares at an offer price of A$0.40 per Share in Rio De Oro Corp Ltd ACN 656 053 002 (Company) to raise A$20 Million (Minimum Subscription) and up to a maximum of 75,000,000 Shares at an offer price of A$0.40 per Share to raise A$30 Million (Maximum Subscription) (Offer) in Rio De Oro Corp Ltd (Company).

The Prospectus is dated 13 October 2026 which was the date of lodgement with Australian Securities and Investments Commission ACN 656 053 002 (ASIC). The expiry date of the Prospectus is the date that is 13 months from the date of lodgement of the Prospectus.
